My Favorite Quick and Healthy Breakfast

I love a delicious and nutritious breakfast to start my morning. Feeding myself nutrition fuels me with energy and makes me feel good about my body and myself holistically. Below, I'm sharing one of my favorite healthy breakfast options that is just so yummy:


Yogurt parfait with berries ingredients:

  • Chobani Non-Fat Greek Yogurt - This yogurt is full of protein and is a great source of calcium if you're one that can't digest milk well, like me.

  • Mixed Berries - I love having an assortment of berries including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries which are loaded in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber.

  • Cinnamon Oat Granola by Kind - I love this granola, partially because it's just delicious, but also since it's made with a super grain blend, along with flaxseed and cinnamon which is extremely good for you! Cinnamon is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, has many prebiotic properties, lowers blood sugar, and is good for cutting fat! You get this all in your granola!

So, to make this parfait, first what I do is just scoop a good amount of yogurt into a medium-sized bowl. Then, I'll wash and dry my mixed berries, cut the strawberries into smaller pieces, and put all of the berries on top of the yogurt. And to top that off, I'll just pour some granola on top. And there you have it! An extremely nutritious and delicious breakfast to keep you energized!
