Happy spring, friends! 🌸🌷🌼 This season is just my favorite. The sunshine, flowers blooming, gorgeous weather, and warm breezes is what makes it so positive and happy :) I'm so glad to have you back for this week's short and sweet post which is all about the power of focusing on the good in life. I was inspired by my sister to blog about this important topic and how significant it really is.
When you find yourself having a rough day or focusing on the negatives in life, my advice is to think about the good in life. A few days ago, I was having a tough day, and my sister reminded me that I have so much good in my life. Her exact quote was "when you focus on the good, all the bad will slowly diminish in size". Just because there are one or more things in your life that may make a certain day not worth loving, there will always be good in your life to help overcome a hardship or even just feeling down. Now, you may be wondering, what do I mean by good? Well, things in your life that bring you happiness, make you feel grateful, or even something that you're looking forward to.
When you look at the good in your life, especially if your feel some negativity taking over, you'll automatically feel so much better. Because you'll realize that this one bad thing shouldn't bring me down. There will always be something in your life that is worth being happy about, and that will be your motivation to continue feeling happy and moving about those ebbs and flows. So, let those positive aspects keep you going in even the most difficult of situations.
Now here's my question for you: what is one good thing in your life right now that you're grateful for? Just sit still, and think. Whether it's something to be looking forward to, or it's something that you already have in your life. There will always be something good. And it's there in your life for you to realize it's there.
