Hi everyone! Esha here! I'm so excited to have launched my blog and talk all things self-care, wellness, and mental health with you! For this post, I wanted to share my story and why I decided to create Self-Care by Esha. Read below: About a year ago, my struggle with mental health began. I struggled with anxiety all throughout my freshman year of high school and it was quite the ride for me. I found myself in one of the hardest places in my life. But, I made the decision to want to feel better when I was caught in this struggle. I am now extremely passionate about holistic wellness and truly taking care of my mental health. I have learned so much about myself from my mental health journey. Wellness practices, self-care, and self-love are really what allowed me to feel better and trust the process. I founded Self-Care by Esha with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and I have been at it ever since. Self-care really isn’t just bubble baths, and skincare, although I do love those too! It’s filtering out negative energy and toxic people, it’s saying no, it’s not putting to much pressure on yourself, and it prioritizing your mental health before a grade. And that’s extactly when I learned throughout my mental wellness journey. I'm so happy to have you join me on this journey of cultivating the best version of myself.
